1) big wimmin swimmin':
a multimedia ancestral praise dance An Introduction to Dance Technology lecture demonstration, 2 hours seminar an interactive computer demonstrations of an oringial CD-ROM and videodances produced by Andrea E. Woods requirements, seminar room or auditorium and projection screen or surface.

2) Videodance Making Workshop/hands-on intensive:
This workshop exposes dancers to the fundamentals of technical pre-production, production and post- production videodance as well as issues in choreographing and performing for the camera. Maximum number of students (9) requirements: Inventory of available Macintosh video/editing hardware and software (Adobe Premiere or Fianl Cut Pro), dance studio or indoor or outdoor dance space, seminar or classroom work space. This workshop need a minimum of 3-4 three hour sessions or a minimum of 9 hours.

3) mama's and papa's stories:
informing the choreographic process with movement, memory and myth This workshop is a movement/voice exploration geared to stimulate/generate ideas for dance making by using family history and anecdotes. 

While exploring as a group and as individuals we will use stories and relationships from our nuclear and extended families, living and ancestral as resource material for the choreographic process.

The workshop will include a group warm up and participants should wear lose comfortable clothing or sweats and bring notebook/journal, pencil/pen, family memories, stories and myths to share. Maximum number of students 10. Length of workshop - 2 hours.
